She completed an internship in applied veterinary science in the field of small animals in 2000, First practiced one year in emergency only in the United States (Allegheny Veterinary Emergency Associates). Still in the United States, she practiced from 2002 to 2004 in Arizona (Banfield Pet Hospital).
Upon her return to Canada, she worked from 2004 to 2005 at the St-Lambert Veterinary Hospital. Since the beginning of 2005, she has been working at the Centre Vétérinaire Rive-Sud.

She also has work experience in pathology at the Veterinary Diagnosis and Epidemiological Surveillance Complex of Quebec (CDEVQ). In the summer of 2017, she completed a three-week internship at the Galapagos Islands to reduce animal overpopulation and protect wildlife in the archipelago. She is currently doing a general internship in the practice of pets at the Rive-Sud Veterinary Center.

Subsequently, she completed a general internship in pet medicine and surgery at Centre Vétérinaire Rive-Sud, where she has been working ever since. She completed a master's degree in population control methods for domestic cats without owners in 2018. Dr. Bissonnette has been a member of the board of directors of the Association of Quebec veterinary surgeons in refuge medicine (AVQMR) since 2015; and has chaired the animal welfare committee on the board of directors of the Quebec Association of Veterinary Physicians in Small Animal Medicine (AMVQ) since summer 2019.

CloseLaurie BouchardDVMVetenarianA native of Beauce, Dr. Laurie Bouchard received her doctorate in veterinary medicine from the Université de Montréal in June 2007. She then completed an internship in Veterinary Applied Science in the field of small animals in Los Angeles, California In 2008. Dr. Bouchard was also a member of the board of directors of the Quebec Association of Small Animal Practitioners (AMVQ), whose goal is to ensure the consistency and quality of veterinary care in Quebec.
In recent years she has been regularly invited to appear on television and in newspapers and has also participated in numerous television programs aimed at informing the public about various animal diseases. Dr. Bouchard has been practicing since the summer of 2008 at Centre Vétérinaire Rive-Sud.

Following her graduation, she completed an internship in the field of pets at The Animal Medical Center in New York City in 2015.

In addition, , She worked as an internship specialist in internal medicine at Centre DMV from 2003 to 2004. She worked as a clinician at the emergency room of Centre DMV in 2004. She has since worked at Centre Vétérinaire Rive-Sud.
Dr. Chaput-Milette also holds a veterinary acupuncture certification.
Dr. Chaput-Milette was awarded the Hill's Buddy Award for Excellence in Small Animal Nutrition and the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) Senior Student Award (2004). -

Dr. Doué has also been a lecturer in clinical pathology at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in 2017. She has been working at the Rive Sud Veterinary Center as a general practitioner since April 2017.

After completing a rotating internship at Centre Vétérinaire Rive-Sud in 2017, she moved to Colorado. She practiced in different clinics where she dedicated her time to general practice and emergency medicine. In April 2019, she completed a certification in Medical Acupuncture with Curacore hoping to offer her patients and their owners more integrative options for pain management of all sorts of diseases. Since December 2020, she is back with the team at Centre Vétérinaire Rive-Sud.

In April 2015, Dre Vieillevigne passed the Diploma Equivalence Examination for North America (NAVLE) in order to continue working in Canada as a veterinarian. Following her internship, she worked as a clinician in emergency medicine and intensive care at FMV Saint-Hyacinthe before joining the Centre Vétérinaire Rive-Sud in September 2015.

Dr. Wieckowska subsequently completed her Studies in Veterinary Medicine at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Montreal. During her studies, she worked on the reinsertion of monkeys in a wildlife rehabilitation center in Bolivia.
After graduating in June 2007, Dr. Wieckowska completed a general internship in medicine and pet surgery at the Center Vétérinaire Rive-Sud, where she has been working since.
